Bringing the Community Hub Vision to Life

As we continue to develop plans for the Community Hub, we would like to recognise the valuable contribution of Goodrich Cutler Associates, the architects working alongside us on this exciting project.

Based in Leicester, Goodrich Cutler have helped develop proposals for the Community Hub within our historic Grade II listed building at 31 Granby Street. Their work has focused on creating welcoming and accessible community spaces while respecting the character and heritage of this important Victorian landmark.

Working closely with the project team, they have helped shape plans for the future Grand Hall, Community Café, Courtyard, and supporting community facilities, as well as preparing the planning and listed building applications required to move the project forward.

We are grateful for their expertise, creativity, and dedication, and look forward to continuing our collaboration as the vision for the Community Hub becomes a reality.
